- We accept most medical insurances. Unfortunately, we are not accepting any new Medicare, Medicaid or Tricare patients. We do accept Medicare Advantage plans. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Call your insurance company, and instruct them to make Dr Mathew Wood your new primary care provider.
- You will be required to show your ID as well as your insurance card at each visit.
- You will also be required to pay your Co-Pay at each visit.
- We will request that you leave a credit card on file for better billing management.
