Frequently Asked Questions
If I need an antibiotic, do you offer telehealth visits? Yes! We utilize a secure telehealth network that will link to your mobile device or computer. During that visit all of your needs will be discussed just like being in the office. You will be required to pay your copay for telehealth visits.
What happens if I No-Show to my appointment? If you No-Show to your appointement, you will be charged a fee of $40 and will not be scheduled for future appointments until that fee is paid. If you have 2 No-Show appointments in one calendar year, you will be discharged. Always call the office and cancel your appointment so you will not be charged a No-Show fee.
What happens if I do not pay my bill? If a patient does not pay their bill, they will no longer be offered appointments. This may disrupt medication refills and is not advised. A patient that has not paid their bill will be discharged and sent directly to a collection agency. Please understand that when a patient No-Shows, that time slot could have been utilized by another ill patient.
