Dr. Mathew Wood

Dr. Wood founded Wood Family Medicine in 2009.  He graduated from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006.  He returned to the Ohio Valley to complete his residency training at Wheeling Hospital specializing in Family Medicine.  Dr. Wood served in the United States Marine Corps from 1993 to 1998 and was honorably discharged with the rank of Sergeant.  Dr Wood enjoys the outdoors and traveling.

Ashley Smith NP

Ashley has lived in the Ohio Valley her entire life.  She has been practicing medicine since 2014 with years of emergency room training.  She is very knowledgeable in chronic care management and women’s health.  She enjoys nature and kayaking.
